Section 14

At a meeting of the Committee, the presence of not less than

one-half of all the members is required to constitute a quorum.

The Chairperson shall preside over the meeting. In the case where the Chairperson

does not attend the meeting, or is unable to perform the duties, the Vice- Chairperson
shall act as a chairperson of the meeting. In the case where the Chairperson and the
Vice-Chairperson do not attend the meeting, or are unable to perform the duties,
the attending members shall elect one member among themselves to be the chairperson of the meeting.

A decision of the meeting shall be made by a majority of votes. Each member shall have one vote.

In case of equal votes, the chairperson of the meeting shall have an additional vote as the decisive vote.

The meetings of the Committee may be may be undertaken by electronic means,

or any other means, as prescribed by the Committee.
